We have multiple warehouses across the USA that we automatically route your order from the closest location we have your items. They are located at:
- Los Angeles, CA
- Charlotte, NC
- Bristol, PA
If you are ordering from Europe, we have some inventory at a warehouse in Riga, Lativa.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: This includes order verification, quality check and packaging. Processing will take between 1-7 business days*.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped to the destination. US orders usually take between 3-7 business days to arrive at their destination*. International delivery will take 7–21 business days*.
Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately. Items are shipped as they become available to ensure quick delivery.
We cannot be held responsible if you enter an incorrect shipping address such that the package is shipped to another person/address and/or cannot be recovered. You will need to place a new order if you would like to have the order shipped to the correct address. We cannot issue refunds for address mistakes that are out of our control.
Customers have 14 days from the delivery date shown on the tracking to report a missing or damaged package. Please inspect each item for defects immediately upon receipt.
