If your order has a missing item, a wrong item, or damaged item, you may request an exchange through our “Exchange Your Item” portal. The exchange may only be made for items equal to or of lessor value than the original item ordered. The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. The exchange request must be made within 14 days from the order date.
If the order was not as expected because of a mistake on TinyCrumble.com's part, we will pay for the return shipping if necessary. If the order was a mistake on the customer end, the customer will need to pay for the return shipping.
Example: Customer’s order shows they ordered a small when they meant to order a medium, the customer will need to pay for return shipping.
We are unable to guarantee cancellation of orders when requested. We strive to provide our customers with quick processing and shipment of orders. Because of this, we may not be able to cancel your order in time before it begins the fulfillment process.

Personalized items may not be exchanged. If you send a personalized item to TinyCrumble.com, the item will not be refunded and it will be mailed back to you at customer expense.
