Very Nice

I love that you have added the little rubber stoppers to the masks, my first one didnt have those. I would like to know though, when I place my orders (both times) in the preview of my order, the background of the mask was black which I would have loved but when they came they were white. Is there something I need to do in order to have the background black?

Poor customer service

Funny how they ask me to review when I never received the mask I ordered for my sister's Christmas present. I emailed them to ask where it was because tracking info said it said it would be delivered a week ago, but they have not replied. Now I don't know where the mask is, but I do know it was not delivered. Very unhappy and disappointed.
